| Abstract: | Company X is now facing the COVID 19 crisis. Given the partial or total lockdown measures implemented in a large part of the world this crisis will have significant impact on our suppliers. Therefore the Supplier Risk Management is very important. Together with the group Company X started to monitor the suppliers as well as the purchasing orders. They set up a crisis management team but facing issues to get a good overview on the impact program level. The process with a lot of excel lists isn’t clear within the supply chain and must be improved. |
