Abstract: | Swarm installation and dynamics allow for excellent opportunities in the future as in the military, healthcare, and entertainment. The implementation of swarm robotics in the entertainment world have essential aspects to consider; the humanswarm interaction and the interagent interaction, and the implementation of centralized or decentralized intelligence. This graduation project focuses on implementing decentralized interagent interaction while keeping the installation interesting entertainmentwise. Therefore, multiple iterations of the prototype have been developed using machine vision and deep learning. By thoroughly testing the prototype technically, recommendations for the use of neural networks, interagent algorithms, and the agents’ physical appearance have been proposed to extrapolate towards a final installation. |
