| Abstract: | In 2016, recommendations were made to improve learning between projects at Krinkels B.V., a general contractor in the Netherlands, to prevent failure costs at projects with UAV-GCs (Uniforme administratieve voorwaarden – geintegreerde contracten: uniform administrative conditions – integrated contracts). The objective of this research was to determine which recommendations had been implemented, to what degree learning between projects is now in place and what can be done to further improve the process of learning between projects. |
