Behaving Entrepreneurially in a digital transformation : A Delphi study on what top management can do to facilitate employees in a digital transformation.

The research aims to examine what management can do to help its employees to develop these entrepreneurial qualities/-professional identity. Data is collected through a Delphi study among employees in a managing position who are coping with the transformation, which resulted in guidelines for management to foster the development of entrepreneurial qualities.
