Abstract: | This study focusses on how to ensure a successful CRM implementation within organizations. Based on the renewed checklist, organizations can be analyzed to improve the factors that influence CRM. Within this study, the checklist was applied at Pre-U, which proved the effectiveness of the checklist. |
