Abstract:This bachelor thesis deals with the degree of applicability of Lean Startup practices to moderate the servitization-firm performance relationship. The results show that Lean Startup has potential to improve firm performance in general but also to moderate the servitization-firm performance relationship in that the initial performance sacrifice is mitigated.
