Abstract: | Fatigue has been known to be a prevalent issue among students in a disproportionate manner, which can bring a multitude of adverse health implications. Self- control affects fatigue, and can provide a possible solution to the issues fatigue can bring. Although much is known about the relationship on a trait level, on a state level not much is. The aim of the current study is to investigate the relationship between trait self- control and trait fatigue, to provide further evidence of the existence of this relationship. Additionally, the study aims to the provide a clearer image of the relationship between state self-control and state fatigue. |
