Reducing waiting times in an engineer-to-order production environment

Senro has a lower on-time delivery performance than desired. One of the factors contributing to this problem is a lack of insight in waiting times in production and not knwoing how to reduce them. The waiting times at Senro are identified and solutions are proposed with which they can reduce the waiting times. The solutions are validated with a Monte Carlo simulation model.
