Abstract: | Smart City development is an increasingly important topic in the municipal context. However, a consensus amongst industry leaders and governmental bodies on the definition of Smart Cities has not been established. The clarification of goals within municipalities has subsequently also been difficult. Cities want to be smart, but it is unclear what functionality they want and what citizens desire. This work investigated to which extent User Stories can be utilized for the clarification of Smart City objectives in Amsterdam. The main research question being: To which extent can User Stories be utilized for the clarification of Smart City objectives in Amsterdam? |
