| Abstract: | Vernay Oldenzaal products have a lot of fluctuation on output, leading to late-deliveries and unpredictability. Then, an investigation is carried to find the standard lead times for the fourty-six 'A' type products, as the main bottlenecks and problematic operations, in order to increase the efficiency and stability of lead times. |
