Abstract: | This thesis examines the usage of dynamic capabilities to implement Business Model Innovation in the Dutch hospitality industry. The majority of the respondents did change some business model elements with the help of the dynamic capabilities. However, only a minority of the Business Model Innovations were permanent. This study was done using multiple case studies, semi-structured interviews and the usage of archival data. |
