| Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to come up with a set of KPIs to improve the performance management of company X. This study is focused on one of the teams of company X. Through interviews and MCDA, KPIs were chosen for the functionaries of the team. These KPIs have been implemented into various dashboards. |
