Abstract: | Healthcare professionals have troubles understanding concepts from operations research behind the advice that consultation companies like Rhythm provide them with. In this context the idea to develop an educational tool, i.e. serious game, supporting the consultation and teaching in general was conceived. The specific learning goal of the tool is appointment scheduling with multiple type of arrivals in healthcare facilities. |
