Abstract: | The assignment aims to develop an agile digital transformation maturity (ADT) model and assessment instrument. The developed maturity model is able to determine how mature an organization is in doing their digital transformation in an agile way. To accomplish this, a systematic literature is performed to find agile and digital transformation maturity models in literature, which will serve as the base starting point of the model. Afterwards, the design and development phase describes the development of the ADT model. A systematic comparison between models, expert interviews, market research and a brainstorm session is conducted to substantiate the contents (aspects, sub-aspects, indicators, maturity level scores) of the ADT maturity model. The final phase of the assignment demonstrates and evaluates the model to check its practicality. Expert evaluations round are organized to perform a first round evaluation. Afterwards, observational case studies are conducted and analyzed |
