| Abstract: | This thesis aims to improve the long-term quality performance of the suppliers of VDL ETG Almelo. The Managerial Problem-Solving Method (MPSM) is used as methodology to execute the thesis. To improve the supplier quality performance, a dashboard is constructed. The final KPIs for the dashboard are selected out of the KPIs mentioned in the literature and the KPIs already used by the company. This selection is done with the multi-criteria decision making method Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The dashboard is created in Microsoft Excel, with the use of SQL queries and VBA. The dashboard will be used by VDL ETG Almelo to drive quality development by analyzing suppliers based on data from incidents. |
