Abstract: | This research aims to develop a step-by-step method to support organizations to start with implementing sustainability into their organization. This method consists of finding potential sustainability strategies and evaluating them according to their Potential Environmental Impact reduction, Commercial Viability and Organizational Effort as proposed by the so-called Sustainability Potential Model (SPM). After evaluating the strategies, a prioritization process is designed to find the high-potential strategies and to list the strategies according to their potential. This research concludes in an implementation plan for Nedap Retail and a generalized method for other organizations to use. |
