Abstract: | Due to the increasing shortage of fresh water, companies must consider ways to make their water use more sustainable at a strategic level. This research focuses on identifying possibilities to reduce the water consumption of a brewery. The research objective in the master’s thesis was to collect and analyse relevant data to make recommendations on how to reduce the water consumption of a large-scale brewery.
