| Abstract: | The department of incident handling at ProRail, the owner of the Dutch railway infrastructure, is undergoing a transition to improve their planning and schedule of incident handlers. One of these transitions is to use historical data to determine the allocation of incident handlers across the country. We use an allocation model to obtain solutions and check the robustness of these solutions by applying a stochastic analysis. |
