| Abstract: | The UnionShop is a store on the campus of the University of Twente and sells all kinds of products that are University or study related. However, the UnionShop has been operating at a loss for quite some years now. The problem that the shop has it that there is no information system to support managerial decisions. This research will create a Business Intelligence system that stores all their data and will help them in the future with making managerial decisions. |
