Abstract: | An increasing number of organizations are automating processes using robotic or intelligent process automation. Many of these implementations fail, and one of the reasons for it is the limited attention given to the selection of the process. Processes that need to be automated with RPA and IPA need to fulfill certain process requirements This thesis will focus on the requirements of RPA and IPA, and will return a list of process suitability requirements for both technologies. These requirements will be offset against a case study of an international technology company to find why the case has not returned the expected results. |
