Abstract: | The Trento Construction department of Nijhuis Bouw is in need of a suitable method for planning and control of construction projects. This method should support automatic schedule generation and should also enable accurate project monitoring. After a selection process for methods proposed in literature, the work breakdown structure method has been selected as a suitable method for Nijhuis Bouw. This method has been further investigated and research has been done on how this method should be shaped to achieve automatic schedule generation and project monitoring. |
