| Abstract: | The company operates with a very standard purchase-to-pay system. In this system there are a lot of aspects that are quite error-susceptible, especially to human error. This thesis focuses on identifying these factors. These factors are then weighed on importance and divided in individual subcategories. After clasification, solutions can be generated to solve a discontinuity or a group of them. These solutions focus on minimizing the impact of the discontinuities on the process. |
