Circular procurement in a construction sector company

Circular economy has recently gained more awareness among a lot of different groups of people such businesses. Procurement can help companies reach their goal of becoming circular in different ways. This study has as a larger literature review on circular economy and procurement and means to start in circular procurement. This means are how to get suppliers along on circularity and measurement of circularity. The research was performed at a company who wants to start purchasing circularly and currently purchases in project procurement structure. The study shows how far the company is on circular procurement and how employees experience this. The study concludes with a SWOT analysis which shows their strengths and weaknesses and their opportunities and threats. It closes with points for improvement.
