Abstract:
This research aims to achieve a greater understanding whether the super app concept could have success in western countries, just as shown in Asian countries, by building on existing scholarly and empirical work, and implementing the Design Thinking fundamentals and the TAM, from which theoretical and practical implications can be retrieved.
