| Abstract: | Company X is a merger of three former service partner. The three service partners worked independently over the last years and have therefore a different planning process. The goal is to find a new planning process out of the currently used planning processes. An important consideration is the balance between costs and satisfaction. The goal is obtaining a customer satisfaction as high as possible while spending as little money as possible. The research question is formulated as follows: “What is the best planning process for Company X?” |
