Abstract: | Research was conducted to see whether a change in the homepage of the website linkmaker.eu could make for users to become more active. Literature research shows that understandability, trust, and functionality are the three main building blocks of making users more active. With this knowledge, a new website was built and data was gathered. In the end, there was no significant result in either of the two defined variables measuring user activity, but important literature aspects could still be retrieved from the thesis for the entire company. |
