Improving usability at BetterBe through API analysis

BetterBe's core product is the BLS, an API based domain specific platform solution to empower the Automotive Leasing market to support the megatrend 'from mobility ownership to -usage'. LSM facilitates the management of the BLS-API platform. The customers of BetterBe now use this interface to formalize their businesses. The goal of the research is to improve the easiness of working of the LSM and therefore scalability. This will be achieved by analyzing large amounts of API data to determine common patterns of usage between users. After identifying these user profiles/workflows we will clusters them together to detect groups of common workflows patterns. These will be analyzed in order to gain insights into the system and improve usability.
