| Abstract: | Agile at Scale Readiness Model (ASRM) is incorporates 45 Critical Success Factors (CSFs) from 122 publications and 5 Agile (at Scale) experts into a method that allows organizations to quantitatively evaluate their readiness to adopt Agile at Scale. The model has been evaluated and updated through two design cycles of Peffers et al. and was deemed useable and applicable by Agile (at Scale) experts from different organizations and a senior executive of a leading software firm in the financial industry in the Netherlands. |
