| Abstract: | The objective of this research is to make S measurable and find the impact of S on risk and return. We conclude that there is no standard method available to measure the S of ESG. This research found some aspects of S that have a high probability of being part of this standard. These aspects are Access to Basic services, Community and Society, Health and Safety, Health and Wellbeing, Tenant’s satisfaction and Tenant engagement. Currently, the impact of S on risk and return in real estate is unclear. |
