Abstract:Masterpack has been experiencing complications in convincing customers to transition from standard to modified atmosphere big bags, mainly due to the price being seven times as high. This research was set up to develop a return-on-investment tool that could mitigate the initial concern of customers when seeing this high price and show them what the benefits of modified atmosphere big bags can be for their company.
