Abstract:In this thesis the scheduling process of TenCate Geosynthetics is researched. Business process models are used to map the complex scheduling process of the company. The models helped finding out root cause of the problem. After performing TOPSIS, a MCDA methodology, acquiring new software was selected as solution. These steps helped finding out the answer to the main research question in this thesis: How can the time spent on administration of production schedule at TenCate geosynthetics be reduced?
