Improving the outbound ability and efficiency at Jingdong Logistics (Netherlands) B.V.

This paper studied a case from Jingdong Logistics (Netherlands) B.V. and tried to improve its outbound process ability or efficiency by proposing several potential solutions and implementing those solutions. In the end, this paper has found a useful solution to enhance outbound process ability or efficiency.
