| Abstract: | This thesis researches the renovation project of Dura Vermeer at the Goeman Borgesiuslaan to solve the lower effectiveness in project production due to unreliable suppliers. With the help of an extensive literature study, the research gatheres theory on how to increase the reliability of the deliveries. With the newly acquired knowledge, solution scenarios are constructed that represent reclassifications of the supply chain. After performing the Simple Multi-attribute Rating Technique (SMART), the results show the best possible solution scenario. With these results the research recommends the company on how they can change the delivery chains of the building materials to the construction site at the Goeman Borgesiuslaan in Groningen to make deliveries more reliable. |
