Abstract:At the moment available caregiving platforms are neither designed for the state-of-the-art sensing technology nor they appear to consider the informational and design requirements of the caregivers. Therefore, to support caregivers, we like to explore the information dissemination and design requirements of the (in)formal caregivers of community dwelling elderly living alone and receiving homecare towards a communication platform. Along with that, we would also like to explore the concerns of elderlies who are living alone and receiving homecare towards such a communication platform disseminating their information obtained from sensing systems.
