| Abstract: | Ecare has grown significantly over the last few years. To deal with this growth, new employees have to be hired. This recent growth has revealed a problem: an inefficient job application process. Ecare experiences difficulties in finding qualified employees for open positions. The underlying problem is that the roles and responsibilities of the process stakeholders are not clear. Therefore, the goals of this research are to find a solution to improve the process’ effectiveness by assigning responsibilities and roles to the process’ internal stakeholders and to give the company insight into the current situation. |
