Abstract: | Company X is an industrial food production company with multiple locations in the Netherlands. For some of the current production lines, this company uses a so-called “automated dosing system” for the addition of raw materials, yet this system has not been implemented for all production lines. The system was analyzed using a personally developed methodology, relying on KPI analysis. From this, the research provided ways in which company X could improve their current automated dosing system, as well as provide considerations for further implementation for the other production lines. |
