Abstract:
El Niño is an Agile company with high turnover rates, based in the Netherlands. Knowledge loss is an effect seen in the company and it will be studied from the Knowledge Management perspective. The research uses the Design Science Methodology (Peffers et al., 2007) to reach its goals. To understand the problem a Literature review, an Archival Analysis and Interviews were conducted, resulting in the findings of this research. These findings informed the design of the artefacts, resolving the sub-research questions. The main challenge was combining the broad topics of the artefacts into a unified iterative workflow. The resulting workflow facilitates knowledge management in different phases of the product development cycle, including data-driven ideation and project evaluation (from internal and external perspectives).
