Using forecasting to improve production planning at Wouter Witzel

Wouter Witzel was faced with an issue where peaks in demand where identified too late that resulted in week with undercapacity. The main aim of this research is to create a forecasting model that will assist Wouter Witzel in signaling weeks with possibly more demand than capacity. This model has been identifeid using different forecasting techniques and different data sets to evaluate and identify the optimal model for Wouter Witzel.
