Abstract: | This research investigates the potential of developing a blueprint for the Medical Psychology department, in which flexibility will be included for unplanned care. The blueprint should adjust the schedules of the therapists in such a way that it is clear how much time should be reserved for inpatient care. The remaining time will be distributed over other activities, which are mainly related to outpatient care but can also be management tasks. The time will be allocated to the activities while optimising the number of patients treated within the access time norm of four weeks. This results in a blueprint schedule with percentages of time assigned to specific activity types. |
