| Abstract: | Research on how a decentralized construction company can become a learning organization, by looking into the requirements and characteristics of a learning organization with respect to potential barriers that can arise within a construction company. This was done by performing inclusive qualitative research with employees of the case company, and comparing them with findings based on literature. |
