| Abstract: | This research is conducted at Company X. Company X is a B2B company that has a great variety of products on stock. The goal of this thesis is to introduce a performance measurement system to the warehouse department of Company X and to increase the insight into the performance of the warehouse processes. The research question of this thesis is: How can a performance measurement system help improve the insight into the performance of the warehouse processes at Company X? To answer this question, different performance measurement systems are researched, KPIs are researched in literature and KPI selection methods are also researched. Lastly a literature study is performed on dashboard building. In this research the Design Science Research Method is used. |
