Abstract:This research proposes a constructive heuristic and an ALNS improvement algorithm that improves the planning process of a transport company in medical goods in Belgium. By applying these solving methods on the MTMCPDPTW, the procedures are able to reduce routing costs and with the provided decision structure, practical time and effort savings for planners are achievable.
