| Abstract: | In this thesis the problem of decreasing revenue from service-provision for Kaltenbach Hengelo is researched and evaluated from the perspective of adding more service into the business model: servitization. Through a current situation analysis and literature research a desired situation and possible solutions to achieve this situation were generated. The research concludes with a prioritized list of solutions to increase the revenue from service-provision, from which the one with the highest priority has been elaborated on. |
