The perspective of emergency room workers on flexible deployment: A qualitative research

The pressure on healthcare is increasing. One solution to the problem of staff shortages could be the development of a regional flexpool. Currently, this does not exist. This study looks at the impeding and facilitating factors of a flexpool according to emergency care workers.
