Creating a general process to measure API performance : generating a KPI-driven dashboard at Air France KLM

A general process is created to generate a KPI-driven dashboard regarding API performance. The general process is validated at Air France-KLM. The general process that is created consists of eight steps. The first step is to make a clarification on the current situation at the firm the research is conducted. Afterwards, the most valuable KPIs are determined. Next, the requirements of the tool were conducted. Afterwards, all necessary data had been retrieved. With this information the dashboard is made, which is evaluated based on the UTAUT model by Vanketesh. The improvement options are considered and applied, before deploying the tool within the company
