| Abstract: | This study explains how an increase in the OEE is achieved by reducing the changeover time. Currently, the changeover process is the bottleneck of the company. With the use of interviews and observations there is thought of solutions to reduce the amount of time spent on this process. The solutions are implemented once, to see if these solutions reduced the changeover time. Based on the results an improvement plan and recommendations are given to improve the OEE. |
