| Abstract: | This Thesis is about the influencing factors on the dissemination and application process of lessons learned in a project-based organisation. Via an questionnaire and two focus groups the researcher found eight aggregate dimensions or factors that influence this process. After which, the researcher made an extension to the Systematic Lessons Learned Knowledge Model designed by Duffield and Whitty (2015). |
