Allocation and scheduling of incident general leaders at ProRail

This research is conducted at ProRail and is based on the allocation of incident general leaders (AL). ALs play a key role in the incident solving. Therefore, timely arrival of ALs at the place of incident is essential. In this research, a continuous simulation is used within a framework to analyse a static search space of scenarios that can improve the current allocation of ALs. The outcomes are used to provide ProRail with an advice to allocate their ALs.
