Abstract:In this research we develop a set of KPIs for tactical integral capacity management at a single specialty hospital. The methods used are process mining for discovery of the care process, a systematic literature and Delphi study for the selection of KPIs, and to visualize our KPIs we use PowerBI to create a dashboard. The dashboard provides an insight into the alignment of demand and capacity at our case hospital. The dashboard has a user-friendly interface and can be used by management to make capacity related decisions.
