Improving warehouse efficiency: A study of the KPIs and picking process at Benchmark

The goal of this Master Thesis research is to increase the insight into the warehouse KPIs, such that the efficiency of the warehouse is improved. An improvement model is created that is able to reduce the completion time of the picking process.
